As part of the development of a new Level 2 laundry facility, CraigCare required a complete mechanical services installation to provide effective ventilation, air distribution, and climate control within the operational laundry environment.
The system needed to meet the project’s mechanical specifications while delivering reliable performance and maintaining a comfortable working environment for staff.
Premiair delivered the complete mechanical services package for the new laundry area, including ventilation systems, air conditioning, ductwork, dampers, grilles, and system commissioning.
The installation was completed in accordance with the project’s mechanical specifications and included full testing, air balancing, as-built documentation, and operation manuals to ensure long-term performance and maintainability.
