Assessment of existing boiler plant and heating requirements
Williamstown Town Hall is one of Melbourne’s most recognisable heritage civic buildings, serving as a valued community and events venue within Hobsons Bay.
Premiair Group was engaged to upgrade the ageing boiler plant, delivering a modern, reliable heating solution that improved system performance while respecting the operational and heritage requirements of the historic facility.
The existing boiler plant at Williamstown Town Hall had reached the end of its operational life, resulting in reduced efficiency, increasing maintenance requirements, and reliability concerns for the facility’s heating system.
The client required a modern, energy-efficient solution that would improve performance, reduce operating costs, and integrate seamlessly with the building’s existing control systems.
Premiair delivered a complete boiler plant upgrade, replacing the ageing heating equipment with new high-efficiency condensing water heaters. The new system was integrated with the Building Management System (BMS), providing enhanced control, monitoring, and operational efficiency.
The upgrade ensured reliable heating performance while significantly improving the energy efficiency of the facility.
